Why??

OK, I have to vent for a minute...why do people wear crap like this. She looks like half farm girl, half big foot! Now I am not perfect by any means, but come on!!!!!!! I have worn some pretty ridiculous things in the past, but come on!!!! Is she doing it to draw attention to herself? Does she not own a mirror? Does she think that it looks good?? WHY? anyone have any ideas?
I am not trying to be a judger, but I just don't get it? It is not just her either, I have been looking on flickers wardrobe remix and some people just layer on as much crap that they can find in there closet and call it style....it is not!
